◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns will not be accepted for customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally not eligible for cancellation)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
We regret that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipment of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items + in-stock items simultaneously, and we ship them separately (due to different item amounts for free shipping vs. items subject to shipping fees), shipping fees may be incurred for each individual shipment depending on the purchase amount.
For example, this may occur if you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that is subject to a shipping fee (below ¥10,000) and a pre-order item for ¥9,900 (excluding tax) that is subject to a shipping fee (below ¥10,000).
If the conditions are met for each individual item, no shipping fees will be incurred for individual shipments.
