Sales prices are as displayed (displayed price including consumption tax).

Payment Method: Credit card payment is accepted.
Payment Due Date: Payment is finalized at the time of product order.

1. We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience, except for defective products. (Pre-order items cannot be cancelled)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, cannot be exchanged.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of product arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason after this deadline.

※ We will ship within 7 days of receiving your delivery request.

※ Delays may occur due to traffic conditions or weather during delivery.

※ Pre-order items will be shipped around the scheduled arrival date. (※Scheduled arrival dates may vary.)

※ Please note that our free shipping service does not apply to deliveries to Okinawa and remote islands, even for purchases of 10,000 yen (plus consumption tax) or more. We apologize for any inconvenience.

※ Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
※ The same applies to free shipping.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the handling fee.
Please note that for applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you accordingly.

We will notify you of any separate shipping fees, including those for pre-order items, before shipping.
Additionally, you can inquire about fees before placing an order.
