Refund Policy

 


A 3-day return policy applies. This means you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to ship the package and where to send it. We cannot accept items returned before you have requested a return.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action.

 


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, fresh flowers, and plants), customized items (such as special orders and personalized products), and hygiene products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about specific items, please contact us.

We apologize, but we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the most reliable method is to return the item you have and then purchase the new item separately once the return has been approved.

 


Right of Withdrawal for EU Buyers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return it within 14 days for any reason and without providing a valid reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
