◼️Special provisions regarding returns

1. We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancelable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.

Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).

Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of product arrival.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
