◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancelable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that we will refuse items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all expenses (return shipping cost / re-shipping cost) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
