1. We do not accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations are generally not accepted for pre-order items.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.

Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).

Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the product within 3 days of arrival.
