◼️Special provisions for returns

1. We cannot accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations are generally not possible for pre-order items)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.

Also, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).

Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs (return shipping / reshipping).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
