◼️ Special provisions regarding returns

1. We cannot accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellation of pre-ordered items is generally not possible)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.

Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).

Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for various expenses (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
