◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include this fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

We will notify you of any additional shipping charges, including those for pre-order items, before shipping.
You can also inquire about the charges before placing an order.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. We cannot accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally not eligible for cancellation.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of product arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
A point to note is that if you purchase both pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and if the product amounts (amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts subject to shipping fees) are shipped separately, shipping fees may be incurred for each individual shipment depending on the purchased product amount.
(Example) If you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item costing less than ¥10,000 that incurs a shipping fee, e.g., ¥9,900 (excluding tax), and a pre-order item costing less than ¥10,000 that incurs a shipping fee, e.g., ¥9,900 (excluding tax).
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
