◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations of pre-order items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, cannot be accepted for exchange.

3. In the case of an exchange due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if this deadline is exceeded.
