When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.

Due to the system, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.

For affected customers, we will re-calculate the shipping cost and inform you. Please be aware of this in advance.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns

1. We cannot accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally not eligible for cancellation)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.

Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).

Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all expenses (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
