◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Except in cases where the product is defective, we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted. Please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer's convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the product within 3 days of its arrival.
