◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases of product defects. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
