◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, only unused items (with tags attached) will be accepted.
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
