When shipping to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount. *This also applies to free shipping.

Due to the system, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.

For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Please be aware of this in advance.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns

1. We do not accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock. Also, items must be unused (with tags attached). We will refuse items that have odors such as tobacco or perfume, or that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all costs (return shipping fee/reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason if this deadline is exceeded.
