1. Except in cases where the product is defective, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. (Pre-order items are generally not eligible for cancellation.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanges are also limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.
