◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the product within 3 days of its arrival.
