1. Returns will not be accepted for customer convenience, except in the case of a defective product. (Pre-order items are generally not eligible for cancellation)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please be aware that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all costs (return shipping fee/reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receipt.
