◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Except in cases where the product is defective, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancelable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We will refuse items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all costs (return shipping fee/reshipment fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. After the product arrives, please be sure to contact us and return it within 3 days.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
