1. Except for defective products, we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancelable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, only unused items (with tags attached) will be accepted.
Please note that items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, used items, or items that have been washed cannot be accepted.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs (return shipping/re-shipping fees).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
