1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases of product defects. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We regret that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all costs (return shipping fee/reshipment fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
