◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. We cannot accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of an exchange due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
