When delivering to remote island areas, an additional "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automatic confirmation email sent after placing an order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Thank you for your understanding.

We will notify you of any additional shipping fees, including for pre-ordered items, before shipment.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience are not accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations for pre-ordered items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the product within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
