◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellation of pre-order items is generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanges are also limited to unused items with tags attached.
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason after this period.
