◼️ Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some areas.
When delivering to remote island areas, in addition to shipping fees, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.

Due to the system, an email will be sent on the order screen and in the automatic confirmation email after ordering, with an amount that does not include the handling fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you, so please be aware of this in advance.

We will notify you of any additional shipping fees, including for reserved items, before shipping.

◼️ Special Provisions for Returns
1. Returns due to customer's convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, only unused items (with tags attached) will be accepted.
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted, so please be careful.

3. When exchanging due to customer's convenience, various fees (return shipping fee / reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the product within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
