◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and some other areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, in addition to the shipping fee, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged, regardless of the purchase amount.
*This also applies to free shipping cases.

Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated confirmation email sent after your order will not include this fee.
For affected customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. We appreciate your understanding.

We will notify you of any separate shipping fees, including for pre-order items, before shipping.
You can also inquire about the fees before placing your order.

◼️Special provisions for returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations of pre-order items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and they are shipped separately (e.g., if the total purchase amount makes them eligible for separate free shipping or separate shipping charges), shipping fees may be incurred for each item depending on the purchase amount.
For example, if you purchase an in-stock item costing less than ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax) which incurs a shipping fee, and a pre-order item costing less than ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax) which incurs a shipping fee, simultaneously.
If the conditions are met for each individual item, no shipping fee will be incurred for individual shipments.
