◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer's convenience are not accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellation of pre-order items is generally not possible)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, it is limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for all expenses (return shipping fee/reshipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days after arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason after this deadline.
