Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and certain regions. For deliveries to remote island areas, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.

For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and inform you. Please note this in advance. For pre-order items, we will notify you of the separate shipping fee before shipping.

Return Policy

1. We cannot accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancelable.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock. Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached). Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
