◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We regret that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/reshipment fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the product within 3 days of its arrival.
