◼️Special terms for returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanges are also limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with cigarette or perfume odors, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. After receiving the product, please be sure to contact us and return it within 3 days.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
