◼️Special provisions regarding returns

1. We do not accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only possible if the desired size/color is in stock.

Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).

Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for all associated costs (return shipping/reshipping fees).

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of receipt.
