◼️Return Policy
1. We cannot accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Cancellations of pre-order items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanges are also limited to unused items (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all costs (return shipping / re-shipping) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the product within 3 days of its arrival.
