Special provisions regarding returns

1. Returns due to customer's convenience are not accepted, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock. Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached). We regret that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer's convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the product within 3 days of arrival. Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
