◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Except in cases where the product has a defect, we cannot accept returns due to customer's personal reasons. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancelable.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items with tags still attached.
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer's personal reasons, all costs (return shipping / re-shipping) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
