1. Except in cases where the product is defective, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with smells such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for various costs (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee).

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days after arrival.
