◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases of product defects. (Cancellations of pre-order items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Exchanged items must be unused (with tags attached).
Items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted for exchange, so please be careful.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipment fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the product within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if this deadline is exceeded.
