◼️Special terms for returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items that have absorbed smells such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping / re-shipping) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
