1. Except for defective products, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only possible if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items that have odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.
