1. We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience, except in cases where the product has defects. (Pre-ordered items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.

We will refuse items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, so please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, all costs (return shipping / re-shipping) will be borne by the customer.
