◼️ Special provisions regarding returns
1. Except for products with defects, we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, they must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, all costs (return shipping/reshipment shipping) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
