◼️Special provisions for returns

1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Pre-ordered items are generally not eligible for cancellation.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.

Also, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).

Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.

Please note that if the deadline passes, we will not be able to accept exchanges for any reason.
