◼️ Special terms regarding returns

1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in the case of defective products. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.

Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).

Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee).

4. Please contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
