◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns will not be accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations of pre-ordered items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, items must be unused (with tags attached).
We cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason if the deadline has passed.
