◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns are not accepted due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
We do not accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed. Please be careful.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
