◼️We share inventory with other stores, so there may be rare cases where an item is already sold out. Please consider this in advance.

Additionally, it takes approximately 5 to 7 days to order items from our regular warehouse stock.

There may be some fluctuations depending on the shipping status from the warehouse. We appreciate your understanding.

◼️Separate shipping fees apply for deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and certain other areas.
When shipping to remote island areas, an additional "remote island transit fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the purchase amount.
*The same applies even if shipping is free.

Due to the system, an email will be sent to you with an amount that does not include the handling fee on the order screen and in the automated email after placing your order.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you. Please understand this in advance.

We will notify you of any additional shipping charges, including for pre-order items, before shipping.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can inform you of the charges.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer's convenience are not accepted, except for products with defects. (Cancellations of pre-order items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges are only accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with cigarette or perfume odors, or items that have been used or washed.

3. For exchanges due to customer's convenience, all costs (return shipping fee / reshipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of receipt.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase pre-order items and in-stock items simultaneously, and if the items are shipped separately (for amounts eligible for free shipping and amounts for which shipping is charged), shipping may be incurred for each item depending on the purchase amount.
(Example) This applies when you simultaneously purchase an in-stock item for which shipping is charged below ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax) and a pre-order item for which shipping is charged below ¥10,000 (¥9,900 excluding tax).
If the conditions are met for each item, no shipping fees will be incurred for individual shipments.
