Due to system limitations, the order screen and the automated email sent after your order will show an amount that does not include the fee.
For applicable customers, we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify you, so please be aware of this in advance.

We will notify you of any additional shipping fees, including for reserved items, before shipment.
Also, if you inquire before placing an order, we can tell you the fee.

◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations are generally not possible for pre-order items)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed, will not be accepted.

3. For exchanges due to customer convenience, all costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.

◼️Simultaneous purchase and shipping of in-stock items and pre-order items
Please note that if you purchase both a pre-order item and an in-stock item simultaneously, and the total purchase amount (amount eligible for free shipping and amount subject to shipping charges) is split for separate shipments, shipping charges may apply for each item depending on their individual purchase amounts.
(Example) If you purchase an in-stock item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) with a shipping fee of ¥9900 and a pre-order item under ¥10,000 (excluding tax) with a shipping fee of ¥9900 simultaneously.
