Normally, it takes about two weeks to retrieve items from warehouse stock.
Since arrangements are made with local suppliers after your order is confirmed, it may take additional time due to local stock conditions, international shipping, customs procedures, weather, and other factors.
Furthermore, in the unlikely event that local stock is depleted or a product condition issue is discovered after your order, we will promptly contact you and process a cancellation and refund of your order.
Once the product arrives in Japan, it will be inspected, and after confirming no issues, it will be shipped to the customer.
As this is an internationally sourced product, we cannot accommodate specific delivery dates or times.
