◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Cancellations of pre-ordered items are generally not permitted.)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Furthermore, exchanges are limited to unused items (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, all expenses (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the product within 3 days of its arrival.
Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
