◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. We do not accept returns due to customer convenience, except in cases where the product has a defect. (Cancellations for pre-order items are generally not permitted)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
Also, items must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with smells such as tobacco or perfume, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of an exchange due to customer convenience, all associated costs (return shipping fee / re-shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.

4. Please be sure to contact us and return the item within 3 days of product arrival.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any reason if the deadline is exceeded.
