◼️Special provisions regarding returns
1. Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted, except in cases where the product is defective. (Pre-order items are generally non-cancelable)

2. Exchanges will only be accepted if the desired size/color is in stock.
In addition, it must be unused (with tags attached).
Please note that we cannot accept items with cigarette or perfume odors, or items that have been used or washed.

3. In the case of exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for all expenses (return shipping fee/re-shipping fee).

4. Please contact us and return the product within 3 days of arrival.
Please note that if the deadline is exceeded, exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason.
